American Paddlefish Co. is located in the heart of Midway, Kentucky! We specialize in spawning and selling high-quality American Paddlefish, backed by over 40 years of expertise from Dr. Steven Mims. Although we are most famously known for our Paddlefish we also offer a wide variety of other fish such as, Bass, Bluegill, Catfish, Koi, and Goldfish.
